This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the official Prettify online store and delivered within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

To ensure your order is handled efficiently, we process all purchases on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Cut-off time for same-day processing: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) are typically processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day, which may add one additional day to the overall delivery timeframe.
  • Order preparation and packaging: Once an order is received, it usually takes 1–2 business days for our fulfilment team to verify payment, prepare the items, and hand the parcel over to our logistics partner.
  • Transit time: Depending on your delivery address, transportation usually takes 6–8 business days. This may vary during peak periods such as holidays, adverse weather conditions, or customs inspections (for international shipments).
  • Estimated total delivery time:
    From the moment your order is placed to its arrival at your address, the total estimated time is 7–10 business days on average.

Please note that these timelines are estimates. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but external factors (such as carrier delays or customs controls) may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your location, order type, and selected delivery method, your order may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers:

  • Evri (Hermes)
  • DPD / UPS

Our carrier selection is based on your destination and the most efficient available route at the time of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can follow the real-time progress of your shipment using that link or directly through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
