Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placement provided you have a valid reason. If you wish to make changes to the size or variants of your product, please contact us within this period via email:



We understand that sometimes things don't fit or aren't quite what you expected. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned. Also, beauty products such as mascara, perfume, etc., cannot be returned due to hygiene and the possibility of being used. If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your debit card, credit card, or original payment method automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Therefore, shipping costs are not reimbursed. The costs of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a traceable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item if it is not traceable.


Damages or Issues

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This way, we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.


Lost or Stolen Orders

Prettify accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse orders reported as lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered.


Costs of Return Shipping

The costs of return shipping are your responsibility. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterward.
