You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Some hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Prettify covers return shipping with a prepaid label. For change-of-mind, size, or colour returns, return shipping is at your expense.

When will I get my refund?

After the return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method—typically within 7 business days (your bank may take a bit longer to post).

Do you offer exchanges?
