How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, depending on the workload. After that, your product will be shipped, and you can expect to receive it within an estimated 4 to 7 business days.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept every return. Our return address is located abroad, and we only accept returns if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once you have used the product, unfortunately, your right to return expires.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
If your return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your debit card, credit card, or original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
Is the return shipping free?
Unfortunately, we do not cover the return costs, as well as any other costs associated with returning the goods, including taxes and customs fees.
Until when can I return?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
I want to return, what now?
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
- Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned. To request a return, please contact us via email: info@prettify.uk or through our contact page.
Refunds will only be granted after successful receipt and verification of returned goods by our warehouse.
